Education Innovation and Development Alliance
国际教育创新发展联盟
Jointly proposed by over ten universities
from Mainland China, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, France, Italy, and South Korea,
etc, the “International Education Innovation and Development Alliance is an
cooperative, innovative, and international non-governmental organization with
initiative supported by government agencies from various regions, enterprises,
research institutions, and industry experts. The alliance roots in the “One
Belt, One Road” initiative proposed by Chinese government, strategy of “innovation-driven
development”, and guidance of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan of Chinese
National Economy and Social Development”.
“国际教育创新发展联盟”是以中国政府提出的“一带一路”，“创新驱动发展”战略为依托，“中国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划”为指导，由中国大陆、俄罗斯、乌克兰、白俄罗斯、法国、意大利、韩国等国家十余所高校倡议发起，并联合多地政府、企事业单位、科研机构及行业专家共同发起并成立的非官方协同创新型国际组织。
The alliance focuses on development of
education, and targets on creating an innovative and cooperative platform that
is multi-industrial and trans-national with integration on education and
industry. The platform enhances the communication and share of information
resources, and assists the transformation of research achievements from
universities, development on international innovative talents, and
communication and cooperation on international education, from the perspectives
of policy-orientation, funds, and cooperative programs, leading to the
formation of an educational community with a multi-cultural melting-pot.
该联盟立足教育事业的发展，力争打造跨行业、跨国界，产教融合的创新型教育合作平台，推进信息资源互通、互融、互鉴、共享，从政策、资金、合作项目等方面助力高校科技成果转化、国际创新型人才培养、国际教育交流合作，最终形成多元文化共融共生的教育共同体。
The alliance operates with rotating
presidency, and will nominate the positions including the Vice-Chairman of the
Alliance an the Secretary General of the Alliance. Every alliance conference
will be held aperiodically in a city of different country, with the right to hold jointly determined by the
current Vice-Chairman of the Alliance and the current Secretary General of the
Alliance. The Secretary of the Alliance is a permanent body of the alliance
located in Beijing, operated by Beijing Quanjuyou International Cultural
Investment Co. Ltd with routine work organized by the Secretary General of the
Alliance. In addition, the Secretary of the Alliance will establish
coordination offices in different countries and region, include . N. Karazin Kharkiv National University of Ukraine,
University of Suwon, Mingchuan University, Najing Tech University etc. The
coordination offices will assist the routine works of the Secretary of the
Alliance and support the communication and cooperation among the alliance
members.
该联盟实行轮值主席制，并于联盟成立大会期间推举联盟副主席、联盟秘书长等职务人选。每届联盟大会将不定期于不同国别城市举办，举办权由当届联盟主席和联盟秘书长共同确定。联盟秘书处为联盟常设组织机构，设立于中国北京，由北京全聚友国际文化投资有限公司负责运营管理并由联盟秘书长全面主持日常工作。此外，联盟秘书处将在其他国家地区设立联络处，分别为乌克兰哈尔科夫国立大学、韩国水原大学、台湾铭传大学、南京工业大学等。联络处的主要职责是协助联盟秘书处开展日常工作并就维系联盟成员之间的交流与合作提供保障。
